The "OpenEX Network Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") is signed by OpenEX Network (hereinafter referred to as "the company" or "we" or "us") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user").The company hereby reminds you that before using OpenEX Network (hereinafter referred to as "OpenEX Network" or "this software"), please read this agreement carefully. OpenEX Network Service Agreement and the related agreements mentioned later, especially the terms of "Exemption and Limitation of Liability" stipulated in this agreement, will be shown in bold, to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this agreement and evaluate the risks yourself.Ⅰ. Confirmation and acceptance of this agreement
1. Please note that this agreement and related agreements apply to OpenEX Network and the decentralized applications (referred to as "DApps") independently developed and owned by the company on OpenEX Network (excluding DApps developed by third parties).
2. When you download the OpenEX Network software and create or import a wallet, it is deemed that you have fully read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, which will take effect immediately and be binding on both parties.
3. This agreement may be updated by the company at any time. Once the revised agreement is published on OpenEX Network, it will take effect immediately and automatically without prior notice. After the company announces the revised terms of the agreement, if you do not accept the revised terms, please stop using OpenEX Network immediately, and your continued use of OpenEX Network will be deemed to accept the revised agreement.
4. If you are under the age of 18, or a person with no or limited capacity for civil conduct, please use OpenEX Network under the guidance of your parents or guardians.
  We automatically collect information about you when you use the Service.Ⅱ. Definition
1. OpenEX Network: refers to the digital wallet developed by the company, including other auxiliary systems developed to facilitate your use of the blockchain system tool.
2. User:
  A. The user must be a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct;
  B. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you need to use OpenEX Network under the guidance of your parents or guardians. OpenEX Network has the right to ask you and your parents or guardians to be responsible for all the consequences caused when a person without civil capacity uses OpenEX Network or restricts a person with civil capacity to engage in transactions beyond the scope of their civil rights or capacity.
3. Excluded persons:
  A. A person other than a natural person who has the legal and conscious ability to enter into this Agreement;
  B. Users which are prohibited, restricted, unauthorized or ineligible to use the Services (as defined in this Agreement) in any form or by any means (in whole or in part) as a result of this Agreement, legal, regulatory requirements or the provisions of the jurisdiction applicable to the User).
4. Use related:
  A. Create or import wallet: refers to the process of you using OpenEX Network, confirming the fulfillment of this agreement and creating or importing a wallet.
  B. Information prompts: The information prompts involved in the operation interface of the OpenEX Network software, users are advised to follow the relevant steps.
  C. Specific users: Refers to users who must cooperate with the company in fulfilling the obligation of personal information disclosure in accordance with the applicable data privacy laws, regulations and policies.
  D. Private key: It is composed of 256 random characters and is the core of the user's possession and use of digital tokens.
  E. Public key: The private key is generated by one-way derivation with the help of cryptographic principles, and is used to generate the blockchain digital wallet address, which is the public payment address.
  F. Mnemonics: Comply with the blockchain BIP39 industry standard, consisting of 12 or 24 ordered words generated by random algorithms. It is an easy-to-record representation of the private key, which is convenient for users to back up and keep.
  G. Digital tokens: Refers to the types of digital tokens currently supported by OpenEX Network, including but not limited to ETH, USDT, etc.
  H. Data: refers to the "information" and other content materials on OpenEX Network. These materials are owned by the company and may not be reproduced without authorization. These materials are for your information only and do not constitute our guidance or advice for your trading.
  I. Personal information: refers to various information recorded by electronic or other means that can identify the user's personal identity alone or in combination with other information, including but not limited to the personal biometric information, wallet address, mobile device information, operation records, transaction records, etc., excluding the user's wallet password, private key, and mnemonics, which are not necessary for our company as stipulated by national laws. When collecting information, our company will collect it after obtaining the consent of the individual, and guarantee that the collected personal information will be kept strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to other third parties without the consent of the individual.
  J. Third-party services: refers to products and services provided by third-party DApps, third-party DeFi, third-party smart contracts, third-party open source protocols, third-party web pages, third-party hardware wallets, third-party online web wallets and third-party exchanges.Ⅲ. Service Content
1. Create or import a wallet. For digital tokens supported by OpenEX Network, you can use OpenEX Network to generate a new wallet or import a compatible wallet generated by other wallet tools of the relevant blockchain system.
2. Transfer and collection. You can use the transfer and collection functions of OpenEX Network to manage digital tokens by using the private key to perform electronic signatures and modify the ledger of the relevant blockchain. Transfer means that the payer uses the payee's blockchain address to perform transfer operations, and the actual transfer and collection behaviors take place in the relevant blockchain system (not OpenEX Network).
3. Storage and Management of Tokens. You can manage Bitcoin, Ethereum or other digital tokens supported by OpenEX Network in a secure manner. Our Services may evolve over time. This means that we may, in our sole discretion, make any change, replace, or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) our services at any time for any reason with or without notice. In this case, you may be prevented from accessing or using our services.
4. Manage digital assets. You can use OpenEX Network to add, keep and remove digital tokens supported by OpenEX Network.
5. Browse DApps. Through the link on OpenEX Network, users can jump to the DApp and use the services provided by the DApp (including the Company's own DApp and third-party DApps).
6. Transaction records. We will copy all or part of your transaction records through the blockchain system. However, the transaction records are subject to the records of the blockchain system.
7. Suspension of service. You know that based on the "irreversible" nature of transactions in the blockchain system, we are unable to suspend or revoke operations such as transfer transactions for you.
8. Token swap. Users can swap digital tokens with third-party smart contracts or third-party DEXs. OpenEX Network is used as an interface tool to help users interact with third parties and display the corresponding results of the digital token swap.
9. Private key sharing service: Our in-house developed algorithm enables you to generate three (3) Key shares from your private key. When transactions need to be signed, the signature of the original private key will be computed from all of the Key shares which make up the private key by running it through our multi-party computation protocol.
10. Private key share storage service: The Key shares will be stored separately. One Key share will be bound to the User's centralized email account, and the other will be bound to the User's mobile phone device and stored locally in the client, which you will have sole access to and control over (“User Key share”). The final key share will be backed up using your iCloud or Google Drive. You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of the User Key share (and relevant secret mnemonic phrase), which will not be stored or accessible by us at any point in time. We will not be able to recover your private key if you have lost or lost access to your User Key share or secret mnemonic phrase securing your User Key share.
11. Other services: any other services as provided by the Company from time to time. (each a "Service", collectively the "Services")Ⅳ. Users should understand the following common problems when accepting the above services provided by the company:
1. Adhering to the decentralized characteristics of the blockchain, and in order to protect the security of users' digital tokens, the company provides decentralized services, which are greatly different from banking financial institutions. The user understands that the company (decentralized solution) does not provide the following services:
  A. Store private key, and mnemonics;
  B. Retrieve the user's private key, mnemonics;
  C. Freeze the OpenEX Network;
  D. Report the loss of the OpenEX Network;
  E. Restore OpenEX Network;
  F. Reverse any transaction.
2. Since the company does not provide the above services, Users are reminded to ensure that the mobile device containing OpenEX Network, backup wallet password, mnemonics, and private key are kept safe and secure. If the User: (i) loses the mobile device; (ii) deletes and does not back up the OpenEX Network; (iii) the wallet gets stolen; or (iv) forgets the wallet password, private key, and mnemonics, the company cannot restore the wallet or retrieve the wallet password and private key. If the User makes a mistake in the transaction (such as entering the wrong transfer address, or wrongly entering the exchange amount), we cannot cancel the transaction, and the company shall not be held responsible for this.
3. The digital token management services provided by OpenEX Network do not include all existing digital tokens. Please do not operate any digital tokens that OpenEX Network does not support through OpenEX Network.
4. The DApps integrated on OpenEX Network include DApps owned by the company and DApps provided by third-party platforms. DApps provided by third-party platforms are subject to separate terms. Those terms will govern its use. We make no representation as to the quality, suitability or functionality of the DApps. OpenEX Network only provides a browser for users to enter these DApps. Before accepting services or conducting transactions on third-party DApps, users should judge and evaluate whether there are risks in the services or transactions provided by the third-party DApps.Ⅴ. Your rights and obligations
1. Create or import a wallet
  A. Create or import a wallet: You have the right to create and/or import a wallet through OpenEX Network on your mobile device, to set the wallet password and other information of the wallet, and to use your own wallet through the OpenEX Network application. Transactions such as transferring and receiving money are carried out on the blockchain.
  B. The company may develop different software versions for different terminal devices, you should choose to download the appropriate version for installation according to your actual needs. The company provides the OpenEX Network and the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. If you obtain this software or an installation program with the same name as this software from a third party that is not legally authorized, the company cannot guarantee the normal use of the software, nor its security, and you shall be responsible for the loss caused by this.
  C. After a new version of this software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. The Company does not guarantee the security, continued availability and corresponding customer service of older versions of the software. You are responsible for checking and downloading the latest version.2. Usage:
  A. Users are reminded to keep their mobile devices, wallet passwords, private keys, mnemonics, and other information properly. The company is not responsible for keeping the above information for users. You shall bear all risks, responsibilities, losses and expenses caused by your loss of your mobile device, active or passive disclosure, forgetting your wallet password, private key, mnemonic, or being attacked or defrauded by others.
  B. Follow the information prompts. You understand and agree to follow the information prompts made by OpenEX Network to you, and operate according to the content of the information prompts. We assume no liability for your failure to follow information prompts.
  C. You acknowledge and agree that the company is not obliged to perform due diligence on the linked third-party DApp services or transactions, and you should make rational investment decisions and independently assume the corresponding investment risks.3. Transfer:
  A. Please understand the "irrevocable" property of operations based on the blockchain. When you use the OpenEX Network transfer function, you should bear the consequences of your mistakes (including but not limited to The problem of choosing the transfer node server by itself).
  B. Please note that when using the OpenEX Network service, the following situations may result in a transfer "transaction failure" or "packaging timeout":
     a. Insufficient wallet balance;
     b. Insufficient transaction miner fees;
     c. The blockchain fails to execute the contract code;
     d. Exceeding the payment limit stipulated by regulatory authorities, OpenEX Network or laws and regulations;
     e. Technical failure of network, equipment, etc.;
     f. Transactions are abandoned due to block chain network congestion, failures, etc.;
     g. Your address or counterparty address is identified as a special address, such as high-risk address, exchange address, ICO address, Token address, etc.
  C. Please note that OpenEX Network only provides you with transfer tools. After you use OpenEX Network to complete the transfer, the company has completed all the obligations of the current service, and the company is not responsible for other disputes.
  D. Legal Compliance. You acknowledge and agree that when operating on OpenEX Network or using DApps on OpenEX Network to conduct transactions, you should follow the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and national policies.
  E. Announcement Notice. OpenEX Network will send you notifications in the form of website announcements, pop-up prompts or client notifications, for example, to notify you of transaction progress, or to prompt you to perform related operations. Please promptly pay attention to them.4. Service Fees and Tax Liability:
  A. You acknowledge and agree that under certain circumstances, due to the unstable environment and network status you are in, if your transfer operation is not completed, the relevant blockchain may still charge fees;
  B. You are responsible for paying all taxable and other expenses incurred by you as a result of your transactions on OpenEX Network.Ⅵ. Risk warning
1. Please understand and note that since the laws, regulations and policies in the field of digital tokens are not yet sound, the digital tokens in this field may have major risks such as inability to cash and technical instability. And the price volatility of digital tokens is much higher than that of other financial assets. We prudently remind you that you should rationally choose to hold or dispose of any digital token according to your own financial situation and risk appetite. The market data function provided by OpenEX Network is only a search result of capturing the exchange rate information of digital tokens of some exchanges, and does not represent the latest information or the best quotation.
2. When using OpenEX Network services, if you or your counterparty fail to comply with this agreement or the operation tips and rules in the relevant website descriptions, transactions, and payment pages, OpenEX Network does not guarantee that the transaction will be successfully completed, and OpenEX Network is not liable for damages. If the above situation occurs, and the money has been credited to your account or your counterparty account.
3. For OpenEX Network or third-party wallet, please note that the "irreversible" property of blockchain operations and the "irreversible" feature of related transactions, and you and your counterparty shall bear the corresponding risks and consequences.
4. When you use the third-party DApp services integrated with OpenEX Network or conduct transactions, for your benefit, the company recommends that you carefully read this agreement and OpenEX Network tips, understand the transaction object and product information, and carefully evaluate the risks before taking action. All transactions you conduct in third-party DApps are your personal actions, and a binding contractual relationship is established between you and your counterparty, and has nothing to do with OpenEX Network. OpenEX Network is not responsible for all risks, liabilities, losses and expenses caused by your trading behavior.
5. During the transaction process, you should judge by yourself whether the other party is a person with full civil capacity and decide whether to conduct transactions with the other party or transfer money to the other party, etc., and you shall bear all the risks related to this.
6. During the transfer process, if there is a similar abnormal message such as "transaction failure", "packaging timeout", etc., you should re-confirm through the official channels of the relevant blockchain or other blockchain query tools to ensure that the transaction fails. Avoid repeated transfers; otherwise, all losses and expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
7. Please note that after you create or import a wallet on OpenEX Network, your private key, mnemonic and other information are only stored in the current mobile device, not on OpenEX Network or the company's server. You can safely replace your mobile device by synchronizing your wallet and other methods according to the operation guide provided by OpenEX Network. However, if you do not save or backup your wallet password, private key, mnemonic, and other information or if your mobile device is lost, your digital tokens will be lost and the company will not be able to retrieve them for you. You will need to bear the corresponding losses. If your wallet password, private key, mnemonic, or other information is leaked when exporting, saving or backing up your wallet, or the device or server that saves or backs up the above information is attacked or controlled by hackers, your digital tokens will be lost. Similarly, if your funds are lost in this manner, the company cannot retrieve it for you, and you shall bear the corresponding loss by yourself.
8. We recommend that you make a safe backup of your wallet's password, private key, and mnemonics when creating or importing a wallet. We recommend you not to use the following backup methods: screenshots, emails, notepads, text messages, WeChat, QQ and other electronic backup methods. We recommend that you transcribe information such as mnemonics on a paper notepad, and you can also store electronic data in a password manager.
9. We recommend that you use OpenEX Network in a safe network environment to ensure that your mobile device is not jail-broken or attacked to avoid possible security risks.
10. In the process of using our services, beware of frauds or notices from non-official sources of OpenEX Network. We encourage you to notify us as soon as you discover such behavior.
11. There is a risk that the mnemonic phrase associated with the User Key share may be lost or stolen by nefarious hackers which may result in you losing access to the digital assets stored at such associated blockchain addresses. The company is not responsible for any losses arising from such an occurrence.Ⅶ. Change, interruption and termination of service
1. You agree that the company can temporarily provide some service functions, or suspend some service functions or open new service functions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice to you. When any function is reduced, added or changed, and you continue to use the services provided by the company, you are deemed to agree to this agreement or the revised terms of this agreement.
2. You understand that the company will suspend the provision of the Services at any time without prior notice to you when the following circumstances exist:
  A. Business interruption due to technical reasons such as equipment, blockchain maintenance, upgrades, failures, and communication interruptions;
  B. Force majeure factors including, but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars or terrorist attacks, viruses, Trojan horses, hacker attacks, system instability, government actions, where the company's system cannot provide services or where the company reasonably believes that the provision of the Services involves legal, regulatory or business risks;
  C. Other circumstances (in our determination) that deem it necessary to suspend the provision of services.
3. The company may unilaterally suspend or terminate your use of some or all of the functions of OpenEX Network when:
  A. The user deceases;
  B. We determine that your conduct in the use of the Services is illegal or in any way hurts the reputation or goodwill of the company including but not limited to the following types of misconduct:
     a. Stealing other people's wallet information or mobile devices;
     b. Providing false information when filling in personal information;
     c. Not accepting the forced update operation initiated by the company to improve the function of OpenEX Network;
     d. Any illegal or criminal activities such as money laundering or terrorist financing;
     e. Falsely claiming to be a staff member or manager of the company;
     f. Attack, invade, alter or in any other way threaten the normal operation of the company's computer system;
     g. Using OpenEX Network to promote spam;
     h. Spreading rumors and damaging the goodwill of the company and OpenEX Network;
     i. Any other Illegal acts, other acts in violation of this agreement, and situations where the company reasonably believes that the function should be suspended.
4. The company is not responsible for any losses arising in the event of a suspension of service caused by the above factors.
5. When the service relationship between you and the company is changed, interrupted or terminated for any reason other than fraud or illegal conduct, other acts in breach of this agreement or other misconduct mentioned in this agreement, you still have the right to export your wallet and other information within a reasonable time.Ⅷ. Account Creation, Closure and Suspension
1. You shall not grant permission to any third party or non-permissioned user access or connection to your Account, whether through the third party’s product or service or through our website. You acknowledge that granting permission to such third party or non-permissioned user to take specific actions on your behalf does not relieve you of any of your responsibilities under these Terms and will instead violate the Terms. You are fully responsible for all acts or omissions of any third party or non-permissioned user with access to your Account. You further acknowledge and agree that you will not hold OpenEX Network responsible for, and will indemnify OpenEX Network from, any liability arising out of or related to any act or omission of any third party or non-permissioned user with access to your Account. You shall use all reasonable endeavours to prevent any unauthorised access to, or use of, the Services, Software and/or Documentation. In the event of such unauthorised access or use, you undertake that you will promptly notify the OpenEX Network support team.
2. OpenEX Network reserves the right to suspend your access to your Account without prior notice to you and you agree and acknowledge that we shall have no liability in respect thereof if:
  A. you have breached any of any of your undertakings or obligations in these Terms; or
  B. any of your representations or warranties in these Terms turn out to be false, misleading, inaccurate or incomplete.
3. Upon closure of your Account for any reason, the Key shares stored with us will be immediately destroyed and your (as well as your Authorised Users’) access to the Account will be terminated. We may keep records and copies of the data stored in such Account for record-keeping purposes and compliance with applicable laws.IX. Your promise to legally use the company's services
1. You shall abide by the laws and regulations of the country or region where you live, and shall not use OpenEX Network for any illegal purpose, nor use the Services in any illegal manner.
2. You shall not use OpenEX Network to engage in illegal or criminal acts, including but not limited to:
  A. Opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution, breaches any laws or regulations in which you use the Services, endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, and undermines national unity;
  B. Engage in any illegal and criminal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing or illegal fundraising.
  C. Use any automated programs, software, engines, web crawlers, web analysis tools, data mining tools or similar tools to access the company's services, collect or process the content provided by the company, interfere or attempt to interfere with any user or any Access to the Services in other ways;
  D. Provide gambling information or induce others to participate in gambling in any way;
  E. Invade others' OpenEX Network to steal digital tokens;
  F. Conduct a transaction that is inconsistent with the transaction content claimed by the counterparty, or an untrue transaction;
  G. Engage in any acts that infringe or may infringe the OpenEX Network service system and data;
  H. Other illegal and inappropriate behaviors that the company has justifiable reasons for.
3. Please understand and agree that if you violate relevant laws (including but not limited to customs and tax regulations) or the provisions of this agreement, the company will suffer any loss, be claimed by any third party or any administrative department penalty, you shall indemnify the company, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
4. You are not an excluded person eligible to use the OpenEX Network service.
5. You promise to pay the company's service fees (if any) on time, otherwise the company has the right to suspend or suspend the services provided to you.X. Privacy Policy
The company attaches great importance to the protection of user privacy. For relevant privacy protection policies, please refer to the "OpenEX Network Privacy Policy" published by the company and updated from time to time for information about how we collect, use and share personal information about you.ⅩI. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
1. The company is only responsible for the obligations set out in this agreement.
2. Please understand and agree that to the extent permitted by law, the company can only provide the Services in accordance with these Terms. The company is not responsible for the failure to provide the Services due to the following reasons:
  A. OpenEX Network system shut down for maintenance or upgrade;
  B. Force majeure incidents including, but not limited to typhoon, earthquake, flood, lightning or terrorist attack;
  C. For your use of systems (including any equipment, software or hardware) to use and access the Services. You are solely responsible for taking appropriate action to protect your systems and data from viruses or malicious software and any inappropriate material.
  D. You use the company's services improperly or without authorization or approval of the company;
  E. Due to viruses, Trojan horses, malicious program attacks, network congestion, system instability, system or equipment failures, communication failures, power failures, bank and other reasons or government actions;
  F. Any other reasons (as determined necessary by the company to suspend the Services) not caused by the company.
3. The company is not responsible for the following situations:
  A. Loss of digital tokens due to users losing mobile devices, deleting and not backing up OpenEX Network, deleting and not backing up wallets, wallet theft or forgetting wallet passwords, private keys, mnemonics, and Keystore.
  B. Loss of digital tokens caused by the user discloses the wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore, or borrows, transfers or authorizes others to use their own mobile device or OpenEX Network, or fails to download the OpenEX Network application or other unsafe wallet through the official channels of the company;
  C. Loss of digital tokens due to user misoperation (including but not limited to your input of the wrong transfer address and the problem of your own choice of transfer node server);
  D. Loss of digital tokens due to misoperation caused by users not understanding the nature of blockchain technology;
  E. Due to any time lag or instability of the blockchain, etc., the company copies the User's transaction records on the blockchain to be biased;
  F. Due to viruses, Trojan horses, malicious program attacks, network congestion, system instability, system or equipment failures, communication failures, power failures, bank and other reasons or government actions;
  G. Any other reasons not caused by the company, other than as a result of fraud.
4. The company cannot control the quality, safety or legality of the products and services provided by the third-party DApp, the authenticity or accuracy of the information, and the ability of the counterparty to perform its obligations under the agreement with you. All transactions you conduct in third-party DApps are your personal actions, and constitutes a binding contractual relationship that is established between you and your counterparty, and has nothing to do with the company. The company reminds you that you should determine the authenticity, legality and validity of the login DApp and related information through your own prudent judgment. Any transactions taking place between you and any third party DApp are committed at your own risk.The company may provide the Services for you and your counterparty at the same time. You agree to expressly exempt the company from any actual or potential conflict of interest in such conduct. The company provides the Services, service or other item on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The company expressly disclaims, and you waive, any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement of warranties arising from course of performance, course of dealing or usage in trade. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not represent or warrant that the Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The defects on the website will not aggravate the responsibility or duty of care of the company.XII. The company does not provide the following forms of guarantees:
1. Our services will meet all your needs;
2. Any technology, products, services and information you obtain through our services will meet your expectations;
3. The timeliness, accuracy, completeness and reliability of the digital token market transactions and other information captured by the company from third-party exchanges;
4. All parties to your transaction will promptly perform their obligations in the transaction agreement with you.
5. In any case, the total liability of the company for breach of contract under this agreement shall not exceed A. 0.1 ETH; or B. USD 100, whichever is higher.
6. Please note that OpenEX Network does not provide legal, tax or investment advice and other services. You should seek advice from legal, tax, and investment professionals, and our company is not responsible for any investment loss, data loss, etc. you suffer while using our services.
7. Please understand that according to the requirements of relevant policies and regulations, we may change our user access standards from time to time, and limit the scope and method of providing services to a specific group.ⅩIII. Complete Agreement
1. This agreement consists of the "OpenEX Network Service Agreement", "OpenEX Network Privacy Policy" and various rules announced by the company from time to time.
2. If part of the content of this agreement is found to be violated or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, it does not affect the validity of other content.
3. Any translated version of this agreement is provided for the convenience of users only and is not intended to modify the terms of this agreement. In the event of a conflict between the Chinese version and the non-Chinese version of this Agreement, the Chinese version shall prevail.XIV. License
1. The Company grants each User a non-exclusive and limited license to use the object code version of the App for non-commercial purposes. Each User may make a single copy of the App in object code form for archival or backup purposes. Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the App or attempting to gain access to the source code of the App except and only to the extent that it is expressly permitted by applicable law.
2. Each User is prohibited from transferring or assigning the App or this agreement and/or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Company.
3. Your rights under this agreement will automatically terminate if you breach any of your material obligations under this agreement.
4. Promptly after such termination of this agreement, you will destroy all copies of the App and uninstall the App from your device.

1. OpenEX Network is an application developed and owned by the company. The intellectual property rights of any content displayed in OpenEX Network (including this agreement, announcements, articles, videos, audios, pictures, files, information, materials, trademarks or logos) are owned by the company or third-party rights holders. Without the prior written consent of the company or third-party rights holders, no one may use, modify, decompile, reproduce, publicly transmit, change, distribute, publish or publicly publish the above-mentioned applications and contents.
2. OpenEX Network reserves all rights under this agreement. If you download or print a copy of the agreement for your own personal use, you must retain all trademark, copyright and other proprietary notices contained in and on the agreement.
3. You agree that the Company will be entitled to all legal and equitable remedies otherwise available to it to protect the intellectual property rights and those of its licensors including, without limitation, the right to seek and obtain injunctive relief and enforce the same against you.ⅩVI. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
1. The validity, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute resolution of this agreement and its revisions shall be governed by the laws of ___________. If there are no relevant legal provisions, international business practices and/or industry practices shall apply.
